This is a permanent full-time remote opportunity for those based in the US (preference for Eastern time zone).

About Nearform

Nearform is an independent team of engineers, designers, data experts and strategists who build intelligent digital solutions and capability at pace. We create software solutions that enhance digital experiences, empower developers, and deliver measurable results. In these ways, we partner with ambitious enterprises to deliver enduring impact.

Our deep expertise in solving the world’s most complex digital problems, along with our collaborative, people-first approach, enables enterprises to build breakthrough products and modernise legacy systems, with confidence.

Today, our team of 500 experts in 20+ countries is trusted by leading enterprises including Lululemon, Puma, Sun Life, Starbucks, Travelex, Virgin Media 02, and Walmart.

The Role

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Global Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across our portfolio, with a particular focus on data & AI. You’ll shape our narrative and coordinate the creation of high-impact content, while also ensuring brand consistency and managing our website to strengthen engagement with enterprise clients and industry partners.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and brings a mix of content strategy, website management, and stakeholder management experience.

Key responsibilities

Brand & Content Management

  • Become “go-to” global expert for brand standards (both messaging and visual identity) at the Nearform corporate level and provide oversight to ensure brand identity adherence across global assets.

  • Support a content strategy that reflects the voice and personality of Nearform (real, energised, human, and clear) in collaboration with the CMO and Brand/PR Agency, to help position Nearform as a go-to thought leader in the data & AI space

  • Coordinate the end-to-end process to develop high-quality marketing content about Nearform, including our rapidly growing data & AI capabilities. This includes collaborating with stakeholders across the organization - including sales and technical leads - to uncover impactful stories and translate complex solutions into clear, engaging

  • Execute launch programs by collaborating with our social media lead and regional marketing teams, while managing engagement measurement

Agency Management

  • Manage day-to-day interactions  with our Brand/PR Agency, on both Nearform's thought leadership as well as external communications

  • Stay current on digital and AI-related industry trends, to help inform messaging and ensure alignment with timely market hooks.

Internal Stakeholder Alignment

  • As part of our Global Marketing team, build strong relationships across the Nearform organization,  including the regions, executive leadership team, people team, and delivery members.

  • Stay aligned with these internal stakeholders on Nearform’s growth priorities, while gathering input and soliciting feedback for an iterative, collaborative approach to external content.

  • Day-to-day collaboration with the Social Media Coordinator to ensure coordination of external communications channels, messaging, and measurement

Website Management

  • Oversee website project management - including iterative updates as well as backlog management to maintain a clear, user-focused digital experience.

  • Use Sanity CMS to update and manage website content, ensuring consistency, freshness, and SEO optimization.

  • Work with third-party teams and, as the team grows, manage a Website Lead on the design and development of initiatives to keep Nearform's website best-in-class. Channel your creativity through developing and testing new concepts that can elevate digital storytelling, e.g., through layout, imagery, and UX refinements.

What we are looking for

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B services marketing, ideally in technology, digital consultancy, or enterprise services (interest or experience in data & AI a plus)

  • Proven expertise in content strategy, writing, or editorial management—particularly for technical solutions aimed at media/analyst and executive audiences.

  • Experience managing projects effectively, with diverse and distributed stakeholders and impact-oriented prioritization & measurement

  • Experience managing websites and CMS platforms (Prior Sanity experience is a plus, but not required - training is available)

  • Experience managing full-time employees, ideally including developers and/or designers

  • Experience working with external agencies/vendors

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to drive narratives that connect business outcomes with technical capabilities.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across distributed teams.

  • A high bar for quality, matched with the pragmatism and agility to deliver in fast-moving environments.

Benefits & Perks

  • Annual Company Bonus: We all help Nearform to hit company goals so we all receive a share of the profits on an annual basis in line with company performance.

  • Work Remotely and Flexibly - We have a genuine dedication to work/life balance. Our flexible working culture allows you to work around what matters - school run, no problem!

  • Paid Time Off Package - We offer an annual leave of 21 days plus public holidays. We also offer sick leave, marriage leave and many more.

  • Remote Working Allowance - Every 2 years, you will have a budget of up to €1250 (equivalent in CAD) to help you set up a comfortable and productive workspace in addition to your essential equipment provided by Nearform when you join.

  • Training and Development Allowance - We understand the importance of continuously learning so we offer an allowance of up to €1000 (equivalent in CAD) you can use to upskill yourself.

  • Healthcare - It’s important to always take care of your health, so we offer additional private healthcare here at Nearform. If you wish to learn more about the plan offered feel free to reach out to our team.

  • RRSP & Insurances - We offer RRSP and match up to 4% and Life and Critical Illness insurance for peace of mind.

Inclusion

Inclusion is one of our core values. We don’t discriminate by race, religion, national origin, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
