Description: Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager is responsible for managing marketing awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention for their respective brands, segments, or product lines. This role will also actively engage with the product organization to understand their products and services, and how releases align to target personas. The Marketing Manager will develop and share messaging with stakeholders to drive new logo acquisition, support renewals, and increase upsell/cross-sell revenue within the existing customer base.
What You'll Do:
Research the market and competitive environment for effective personas and product differentiation
Develop and manage the product positioning and messaging across media and engagement channels
Collaborate with cross-functional marketing team to produce multi-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns to drive qualified marketing leads and sales pipeline
Develop create briefs and related content for campaigns that may include assets such as presentations, emails, social media, collateral, videos and ads
Create and implement customer-focused programs and cross-sell initiatives that emphasize retaining and strengthening existing relationships
Align marketing initiatives to sales goals and effectively report and communicate key metrics to leadership teams
Monitor and analyze pipeline and make necessary adjustments to lead generation initiatives to maintain or exceed goals
Create content for product and feature sales enablement assets to effectively communicate the value and benefits our products offer to our internal teams, prospects and clients
Partner with sales leadership and customer success team on channel growth, sales enablement and pipeline sales plays
Proactively identify customer success stories and collaborate to bring those stories to life through various marketing channels
Travel to industry or company events, and other onsite meetings as required

Requirements:
Degree in marketing, business administration, or related field or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Proven expertise in core marketing disciplines, including market research, competitive analysis, content creation, strategy, and campaign management, with hands-on experience in high-growth SaaS environments; industry knowledge in public safety or healthcare is a strong plus
Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and product launch processes including messaging, positioning, sales enablement, and execution of marketing plans in a cross-functional team environment
Expert interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external stakeholders, and confidently present to audiences at all levels
Expert writing, analytical, and critical thinking abilities that support impactful storytelling and data-driven decision-making
Highly organized and deadline-driven, with a strong work ethic and a keen understanding of time-sensitive priorities
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) to monitor pipeline performance and optimize lead generation efforts
Proven ability to develop creative briefs and manage content production workflows, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign goals
Experience in sales enablement, including the creation of product and feature assets that effectively communicate product value to internal teams, prospects, and clients, supporting sales plays and customer success initiatives
Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information
Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills
Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation
Ability to travel up to 10% annually

Position Salary Range: The annual base salary range for this full-time role is $80,000 - $100,000 USD + bonus + benefits + perks + community gains. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, education or training and other relevant qualifications.
