Marketing Manager

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager - Claire Deane, you’ll be our go-to Marketing Manager for Fresh Health; balancing strategy and execution, brand building and lead generation. You’ll shape how Fresh Health shows up in market, craft the stories that resonate, and deliver campaigns that convert.

This is a role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments: a builder who’s equally comfortable developing positioning strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves to deliver a campaign or create assets.

A Week in the Life

• Enable our community: Develop training, collateral and resources to enable nurses to better deliver patient results through proactive hybrid healthcare.

• Launch campaigns across digital, content, social, events, and partnerships to drive awareness and conversion.

• Shape the narrative: create clear, engaging, compliant messaging that resonates with both clinicians and consumers.

• Partner with teams across clinical, commercial, and product to ensure messaging is consistent and customer-focused.

• Experiment and optimise: track performance, test channels, and double down on what works.

• Build the toolkit: craft sales enablement resources, onboarding content, and campaign assets that equip the team to tell the Fresh Health story.

• Collaborate externally with partners on co-branded activations, events, and content that extend reach and credibility.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven generalist marketing experience spanning digital, content, communications, events, and campaigns.

• Track record of taking products or ventures to market and driving awareness through to conversion.

• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills: able to create messaging that’s clear, engaging, and tailored for different audiences.

• Experience in B2B2C - enabling Fresh Members to deliver services to their patients with education, training and assets

• A level of comfort and experience of working within regulated or complex industries (health, finance, tech, SaaS, etc.) and compliance standards (bonus if you know Ahpra guidelines!).

• Hands-on skills with modern marketing tools (HubSpot, Canva/Adobe Suite, Notion or similar).

• Self-starter mindset: comfortable working autonomously, prioritising multiple projects, and making progress without constant oversight.

• Thrives in fast-paced, growth environments where flexibility and bias to action matter.
