Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our customer acquisition efforts specifically targeting individual doctors in the high-growth Brazilian market. This pivotal role involves translating global marketing strategy into actionable local initiatives, managing impactful B2B campaigns across various channels, and leading a small, dedicated team. A key focus will be the close partnership with the Sales team to generate and nurture a high-quality pipeline that directly contributes to revenue growth for the individual doctors segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Execution: Lead the implementation of the marketing strategy tailored for acquiring individual doctors in Brazil, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local market conditions.

  • Campaign Leadership: Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns (online & offline) designed for lead generation and customer acquisition, with a clear focus on ROI and revenue impact.

  • Channel Management: Evaluate, select, and manage effective marketing channels and tactics to build and engage a robust pipeline of potential doctor clients.

  • Owned Channel Expertise: Develop, implement, and refine sophisticated email marketing and/or WhatsApp marketing strategies to build audience rapport and drive conversions.

  • Sales Alignment: Collaborate tightly and strategically with the Head of Sales for Individual Doctors to ensure lead quality, smooth handoffs, and achievement of joint pipeline and revenue targets.

Team Management: Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Marketing Specialists and Content Specialists, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B marketing with significant experience in planning and executing customer acquisition projects, ideally within the SaaS industry.

  • Acquisition Focus: Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective marketing strategies focused on acquiring new customers and driving revenue growth.

  • Channel Proficiency: Hands-on experience with email marketing and/or WhatsApp marketing platforms and best practices, particularly for lead nurturing and conversion.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, measure campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions for continuous optimization.

  • Execution & Problem Solving: Excellent execution capabilities with a preference for operating in a fast-paced environment and a proactive approach to identifying and solving growth challenges.

  • Leadership: Experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team, with a focus on guiding performance and development.

  • Language: Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for seamless interaction in an international setting.

Desired Qualifications:

  • International Environment: Experience working within multinational or global organizations.

  • Marketing Automation: Proficiency with specific marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare, medical technology, or SaaS industry dynamics in Brazil.
