We’re looking for a Marketing Leader (senior level) to join xfive!

At xfive, we partner with startups, creative agencies, and global brands to deliver web development, design, SEO, and growth strategies. We’ve recently put together a new marketing strategy and are now looking for someone to review it, refine it where needed, and bring it to life.

We’re seeking a hands-on leader—someone ready to roll up their sleeves, drive execution, guide our marketing team, and keep us aligned with our goals every step of the way.

What’s the job about?

Your typical tasks will include:

  • Reviewing, refining, and executing our recently launched marketing strategy and making sure it’s working well across all channels.

  • Creating and keeping an eye on marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance and improve marketing initiatives.

  • Managing the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize results.

  • Suggesting and running marketing activities that improve lead number and quality, and boost conversions.

  • Conducting activities to build an expert image and awareness in the selected business verticals.  

  • Partnering with teams across xfive, especially Sales and Business Development, to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support lead generation.

  • Overseeing and improving the company’s online presence, including the website, social media, and digital ad campaigns.

  • Looking at market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape to spot growth opportunities and guide our strategy.

  • Helping to support the marketing team, creating a collaborative and creative environment.

Full-time position with a flexible setup. Work from anywhere and set your own hours. We’re hiring on a B2B Contract or Contract of Employment basis and are happy to discuss a setup that works best for you.

  • You’re a senior-level marketing specialist or lead with at least 5 years of hands-on marketing experience in the IT industry, ideally in a company offering B2B custom solutions (web development, digital product development, digital services).

  • You can handle at least one key area of marketing campaigns, including ad campaigns, copywriting, creatives (video/images), social media, SEO, or outbound marketing.

  • You’re familiar with HubSpot and other marketing tools, and comfortable using them to manage campaigns and track results.

  • You speak and write fluent English (C1 level or better — most clients and part of the team speak English).

  • You have great interpersonal skills, are down-to-earth, and flexible. You are proactive in communication, interested in what your teammates are doing, and regularly inform them about what you are up to. 

  • You’re a team player who looks out for each other and works together to achieve shared goals. 

    Nice to have:

  • You have experience working directly with clients, conducting audits, or running workshops.

  • You can speak Polish and live around Krakow — most of our internal team is based in Poland, and we have a physical office in the heart of Krakow.

  • You bring leadership experience to the table.
