Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Market Analyst & Community Growth Strategist to drive Snout’s pre-launch and post-launch marketing efforts across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in digital marketing, user engagement, and community building. You’ll gather user insights, execute content marketing strategies, and foster an active, loyal community both within the app and across online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Insights
Conduct user research to understand pain points, preferences, and behaviors of dog owners.
Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience engagement metrics.
Provide actionable insights to refine Snout’s messaging, positioning, and user acquisition strategies.
Social Media & User-Generated Content (UGC)
Develop and execute a content strategy for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok to drive engagement.
Identify and collaborate with pet influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
Launch user-generated content (UGC) campaigns, encouraging users to share their Snout experiences.
Create viral content ideas tailored to different social media platforms.
Community Building & Engagement
Build and manage a thriving in-app community where users share experiences, training successes, and challenges.
Actively participate in dog-focused online communities, forums, and social media groups.
Develop interactive engagement initiatives like challenges, polls, and Q&A sessions.
Content Marketing & Blogging
Create valuable, SEO-driven content for Snout’s blog that educates and attracts potential users.
Craft compelling email campaigns to keep users engaged and informed.
Repurpose blog content into bite-sized social media posts, videos, and infographics.
Email Marketing & Retention
Build and segment email lists for targeted marketing campaigns.
Develop email sequences to nurture leads, onboard new users, and re-engage inactive users.
Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Marketing Expertise:
Proven experience in social media marketing, community building, and content strategy.
Strong understanding of UGC marketing and viral content creation.
Ability to run email marketing campaigns with tools like Mailchimp.
Analytical Skills:
Experience in market research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
Ability to track, measure, and analyze key marketing KPIs.
Content Creation & Storytelling:
Excellent writing skills for blogs, email campaigns, and social posts.
Video editing or graphic design skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Community Engagement & Growth:
Experience managing online communities, Facebook groups, Reddit forums, or Discord servers.
Strong ability to connect with users, spark discussions, and build brand loyalty.
