    • Provide operational and creative support for marketing projects and campaigns led by the team.

  • Content creation

    • Write compelling, audience-focused copy for broad range of marketing collateral as needed.

    • Collaborate with the team to develop creative campaign messaging and ideas.

  • Social media management

    • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for our main brand and sub-brands across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).

    • Monitor social media channels for engagement, trends, and opportunities, responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner.

    • Track and analyse social media performance, providing regular insights and recommendations to improve reach and engagement.

  • Visual design and video production

    • Support the creation of branded visual assets (e.g., social media graphics, banners, infographics) to complement the work of the graphic designer.

    • Develop short-form video content for social platforms.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or related role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Experience managing social media platforms and monitoring performance analytics.

  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly with creative team members.

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects across multiple brands.

  • Basic knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary of £30-40,000+ per year

  • You will have 25 days holiday per year plus one day off for your birthday.

  • Flexible hours and flexible working location, work from home or the office, your choice.

  • Company Pension 4% employer contribution, 5% employee.

  • Health care cash plan.

  • A charity day per year to volunteer at a recognised charity.

  • We believe in equal opportunity and value diversity. We believe that varied perspectives, experiences and backgrounds lead to a workplace that's better for everyone.

Location

  • We have offices in Alton and Harrogate as well as supporting fully remote or hybrid working depending on your preferences.
