Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance (QA):
Conduct comprehensive QA reviews for all email marketing deliverables, ensuring consistency in branding, copy, products, and audience targeting.
Identify and document areas where processes and outputs deviate from quality standards.
Campaign Execution:
Prepare and execute CRM tactics, including promotions, in-app banners, email campaigns, and customer list management.
Ensure technical setups are complete and aligned with strategy before campaign launches.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain campaign documentation, including tickets, internal calendars, overviews, and status reports for cross-functional reference.
Track and report SLA violations, QA misses, and recurring operator errors to leads.
Collaboration:
Participate in daily stand-ups to review workload and campaign priorities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment on objectives.
Process Improvement:
Record and report recurring errors to identify opportunities for operator training and process optimization.
Qualifications:
23 years of experience executing campaigns in ESPs/CRMs (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot), including email, in-app messaging, push notifications, and promo code campaigns.
Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email editing, template customization, and troubleshooting rendering issues.
Strong eye for detail with proven experience in QA, testing, and ensuring flawless multi-channel campaign execution.
Familiarity with QA tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid) and best practices for deliverability, inbox placement, and cross-device rendering.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, design, and product teams.
The Compensation:
55,000 to 75,000/month
