Teikametrics is looking for an ambitious Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Process & Team Efficiency

• Process Optimization: Map, document, and maintain cross-functional operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

• Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency across go-to-market teams by providing tools, insights, and processes that enhance productivity.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage and execute operational projects across departments. Analyze opportunities, synthesize findings, develop action plans, and work with stakeholders to implement solutions.

Data & Reporting

• Business Insights: Conduct ongoing analysis to drive performance outcomes, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Revenue Analytics: Generate and manage reports on pipeline, revenue forecasts, account outreach, and retention to support strategic decision-making.

• Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

People & Enablement

• Onboarding & Training: Develop and maintain internal documentation, including training guides and process playbooks, to ensure seamless onboarding and team alignment.

• Team Leadership: Support and mentor team members to foster a high-performance culture and drive operational excellence.

Technology & Systems

• Sales & Marketing Systems Management: Administer and optimize Salesforce, HubSpot, and other GTM tools (e.g. Salesforce Revenue Intelligence, Sales LinkedIn Navigator, and ECI) to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.

• CPQ Administration: Expertise in configuring and administering CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems within Salesforce to streamline quoting and deal management processes.

• Sales Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable sales processes to improve pipeline efficiency, forecast accuracy, and conversion rates.

• Automation & Innovation: Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve go-to-market execution.

• CRM Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the Salesforce Architect and Revenue Systems Manager to enhance CRM capabilities and integration with adjacent solutions.

• Go-To-Market Alignment: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product leadership to improve data visibility, optimize handoffs, and drive revenue efficiency.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Strategic Leader: Deep GTM knowledge with experience partnering with senior sales executives in the software/tech industry, specifically in sales strategy, planning, and operations roles at enterprise scale.

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles within B2B SaaS or a high-growth technology company, with a minimum of 5+ years directly partnering with senior software/tech sales leaders in organizations with $30M+ in sales.

  • Technical Skill Set: Hands-on expertise in configuring and administering CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems within Salesforce to streamline quoting and deal management processes. Familiarity with NetSuite and its integration with Salesforce CPQ to ensure seamless quote-to-cash workflows and accurate financial reporting. Experience in managing and optimizing sales systems like Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and other GTM tools.

  • Agile & Scalable: Demonstrated ability to drive change and scale operations effectively within rapidly growing organizations.

  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue analytics, forecasting, and sales performance tracking.

  • Cross-Functional Partner: Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive strategic initiatives.

  • Excellent Communicator: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present recommendations to leadership teams.
