As a Recruiting Manager you will cultivate, lead, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters and sourcers supporting Engineering. You will work from concept to fruition on staffing strategies to support these organizations and partner with our hiring leaders to execute best in class recruiting practices. Figma's continued future success relies heavily on the ability to scale and the talent acquisition team is at the helm of the ship.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers. As a Leader at Figma, we expect that the wellbeing & growth of your team is paramount to your success

  • Collaborate with Engineering leadership to understand business needs and priorities, and align recruiting resources accordingly in order to achieve goals

  • Partner with recruiting leaders to develop strategies that showcase the incredible culture and continue to bring in exceptional talent to Figma

  • Continually evolve team structure and processes that optimize for efficiency, scale and candidate experience

  • Be an active member of the broader recruiting leadership team, where you will have the opportunity to help ensure Figma is a top option for the best talent across all areas of the business

  • Leverage data to identify opportunities for greater efficiency and recruiting outcomes

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 8+ years of recruiting experience in a similar competitive environment

  • 4+ years of people management experience, with specific experience in Engineering recruiting

  • Demonstrated experience leading and nurturing senior recruiters and sourcers 

  • Experience working with stakeholders, leaders and executives to create and drive recruiting strategies and initiatives

  • Have used data in the past across all facets of your role including for team performance, driving efficiency and storytelling

  • A track record of building a recruiting function that scales with constant growth

  • Experience building and optimizing recruiting processes to meet the ever changing needs of the business that you support

Pay Transparency Disclosure

If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.    

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Please discuss your specific work location with your recruiter for more information. 

Figma offers equity to employees, as well a competitive package of additional benefits, including health, dental & vision, retirement with company contribution, parental leave & reproductive or family planning support, mental health & wellness benefits, generous PTO, company recharge days, a learning & development stipend, a work from home stipend, and cell phone reimbursement.  Figma also offers sales incentive pay for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles.
