Manager of Professional Services Delivery - Infrastructure

Pax8 is looking for a Manager of Professional Services Delivery – Infrastructure to lead our Azure-focused Professional Services team. What You’ll Do

As the Manager of Cloud Solutions – Infrastructure, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing team of Azure experts. You’ll:

• Lead and mentor a team delivering Azure infrastructure solutions, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with Pax8’s values.

• Champion continuous learning and team skilling to keep pace with evolving technologies.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Microsoft Programs, and global Professional Services teams to standardize processes and drive innovation.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for partner and project challenges, resolving issues with clarity and compassion.

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives and OKRs that scale our services and enhance partner experiences.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s not just technically skilled but also a thoughtful leader. You’ll need:

• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams in a professional services setting.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure services such as:

  • Azure Virtual Desktop

  • Azure File Share/Storage Accounts

  • Azure Networking

  • Azure Virtual Machines/Compute

  • Azure SQL or Azure SQL MI

  • Microsoft Fabric (a plus!)

• Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills, with the ability to lead through change and growth.

• A self-starter mindset with a clear understanding of goals and the confidence to seek support when needed.

• Experience with project management platforms like ServiceNow (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Solution Architect Expert) are preferred.

Compensation:

• Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $120,000/yr to $150,000/yr depending on experience.
