Manager, Mid Market Sales
As a Mid-Market Sales Manager, you will hire, train, coach, and lead a team of new and established Growth Specialists (Account Executives) in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is fully remote.

Proven leadership in Pipeline Generation, Deal Progress, and Relationship Management: You have experience overseeing teams responsible for both inbound and outbound sales. You can coach reps on prospecting, working with Business Development Reps, and managing inbound leads effectively. You also have demonstrated success helping reps manage sales processes with multiple stakeholders and working through contract negotiations, procurement, and install base selling.

3+ years leading and coaching a quota-carrying team

Experience managing a consultative sales process with Mid Market and Enterprise clients. This includes managing opportunities with multi-stakeholder organizations, working with procurement, and managing long term pipeline.
Proficiency with CRM tools for managing and forecasting sales opportunities
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Cash compensation range: 170000-225000 USD Annually
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
