About You:

We’re looking for an experienced Manager, Marketplace Enforcement to manage the ecommerce channel at Nutrafol. Day-to-Day, you’ll oversee Nutrafol’s presence on marketplace platforms across the full digital landscape. The role involves managing and reviewing product listings, reviewing product authenticity, and implementing platform policies, best practices, and industry regulations to ensure consistent compliance. As the head of the enforcement team, you will report to senior leadership, ensuring timely enforcement for bad actors and removal of illegitimate sellers. You will drive the strategy for marketplace enforcement and diversion mitigation that will ensure we maintain Nutrafol’s brand standards and deliver an optimal customer experience. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with internal Marketing, Quality Assurance, Operations, Sales teams, and external agency partners to identify and act on risk signals for unauthorized seller enforcement

  • Increase brand sales on eCommerce marketplaces, prohibit bad actors from using Nutrafol’s content, and identify distribution leakages

  • Implement and take ownership of internal controls and procedures to ensure that only safe or compliant products are available across all marketplace platforms

  • Develop presentations and reporting to communicate with executive leadership and stakeholders

  • Monitor overall account health, rapidly troubleshoot and address listing issues, and make real time recommendations to the team for immediate implementation

  • Identify and drive opportunities to automate or refine compliance processes on a global scale

  • Build reporting mechanisms to identify potential bad actors and trace them to their origin

  • Drive internal change management around compliance and bad actor engagement

  • Develop short, medium, and long-term strategies to scale the program portfolio across multiple high risk initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field

  • 4+ years of experience in marketplace management, with strong knowledge base of Amazon, Walmart and Ebay

  • Experience working with regulated products within the VMS or nutraceuticals space is preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite and Slack 

  • Ability to demonstrate strong business judgment and attention to detail; ability to identify and articulate highest impact initiatives

  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions

  • Resourcefulness and creative problem solving skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
