Manager - GTM Finance

Partner cross-functionally with Product and Data Science to identify key growth drivers, surface insights, and influence strategic decisions across the self-serve funnel
Design and implement process improvements that enhance forecast accuracy and improve visibility into customer behavior, monetization, and conversion trends
Manage and mentor a high performing team—providing strategic direction, career development support, and hands-on collaboration to drive team impact
Develop and present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including the CFO, CEO, and CMO
Own and evolve the financial narrative for Figma’s self-serve motion in executive and board-level materials
Bring a builder’s mindset to scaling the Self-Serve Finance function—identifying tools, metrics, and systems that enable better decision-making at scale
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
8+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, business operations, or a related analytical field
2+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Proficiency in SQL and a strong track record of partnering with Data Science teams to solve complex analytical problems
Deep experience in financial planning, forecasting, and driving insights through data-driven analysis
Demonstrated ability to break down ambiguous problems and develop clear, actionable solutions
A track record of building new processes or scaling existing ones to improve efficiency and decision-making
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work on time
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working across a wide range of teams and seniority levels
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience at a high growth B2B SaaS company, with bonus points for self-serve models
