What you’ll do
Build, mentor, grow, and lead a team of engineering professionals
Drive the technical roadmap in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
Identify project risks, dependencies, and resources needed across complex initiatives
Use data to make decisions and influence your own team and stakeholders
What you’ll bring
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
The ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical people
Experience with navigating complex projects that have a business-wide impact
The ability to oversee multiple projects touching multiple teams in a data-driven environment
Experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails.

The primary focus of this team to enable software engineers to Review code, discuss changes, share knowledge, and identify defects in code among distributed teams via asynchronous review and commenting. The team also ensures that users can automate, track and report code reviews.
