About HubSpot and INBOUND

HubSpot is a leading CRM platform that provides software and support to help businesses grow better. INBOUND, HubSpot's flagship event, is a unique industry conference that has grown from 2,800 attendees in 2012 to over 12,000 in 2024. It unites and educates a diverse community of marketing, sales, and customer success leaders across B2B and B2C sectors, featuring world-class speakers like former President Barack Obama, Ryan Reynolds, Reese Witherspoon, Dr. Jane Goodall, and Andrew Huberman.

Role Description

This role is responsible for their team’s end-to-end execution of content programming for INBOUND, GROW and other events, which overall includes research and sourcing of speakers and content, speaker preparation and logistics, and data analysis post events to inform future strategy and innovation.

  • [Required] Seeking an experienced people manager who has led teams of three or more individual contributors at varying levels of autonomy, and has the ability to coach and develop employee talent

  • An innovative person who is on the cutting-edge of what's new across tech, business, and the events industry in order to uplevel content programming, with a working knowledge and regular usage of applicable AI tools and solutions

  • A strong relationship-builder who can work cross-functionally across teams while maintaining tight timelines and meeting department and event goals with both internal and external stakeholders

  • A strong storyteller who is able to succinctly convey relevant narratives that will resonate with the strategic goals of the business and senior stakeholders

  • Someone with excellent writing, presentation, and project management skills

  • Someone with an extremely high level of professionalism, tact, and judgment

  • Someone with experience handling multiple high-profile events at once and knowledge of event marketing

  • [Required] Must be willing to flex work hours to accommodate collaboration with a globally dispersed team spanning NAM East Coast, EMEA, and APAC regions. This role occasionally requires working outside normal business hours to enable effective communication across different time zones.

  • [Required] Must be willing to travel quarterly to attend onsite events in NAM, EMEA, and APAC regions.
