Lifecycle & Growth Ops Specialist - WWE Champions
Scopely is looking for a Lead Product Manager, Lifecycle & Growth Ops Manager to join our industry-leading game, WWE Champions, on a Remote Canada basis.

What You Will Do
Manage our full CRM lifecycle across email, push, and in-app
Own segmentation logic, targeting rules, and QA
Collaborate with Product, PX, and LiveOps to align lifecycle touch-points to feature drops and user journeys
Monitor performance and iterate based on retention and engagement KPIs
Maintain a living growth calendar across lifecycle, product launches, and experiments
Track campaign and feature launches end-to-end from kickoff to postmortem
Keep cross-functional work (creative, analytics, product) moving smoothly
Build alignment and accountability across teams without bureaucracy
Pull and visualize core lifecycle and campaign metrics
Partner with analytics for deeper dives, but be able to own lightweight reporting end-to-end
Flag what’s working, what’s flatlining, and where to push next and execute / adjust plans accordingly
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years in CRM, lifecycle, growth ops, or product marketing roles
Fluent in CRM tools (Braze, Iterable, or similar) and segmentation/audience logic
For candidates in British Columbia, the annual salary range is provided below. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
British Columbia Annual Salary Range
$64,000—$86,400 CAD
