Who We Are

We are a global technology services and consulting company that partners with clients across the U.S. and LATAM to deliver digital innovation, IT services, and talent solutions. As a fast-growing services firm, we value compliance, integrity, and trust as much as we value technical excellence. Our teams work across borders and cultures, and we are committed to building a supportive, collaborative environment for both our employees and our clients.

Who You Are

You are a skilled legal professional with expertise in employment law, service contracts, and compliance across international jurisdictions. You thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments and are confident advising business leaders, negotiating client agreements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. With strong communication skills in both Spanish and English, you can translate complex legal concepts into practical advice that enables businesses to grow responsibly.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support on international employment and corporate matters, with a focus on service delivery in the U.S. and LATAM.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate service agreements, employment contracts, NDAs, and commercial contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, regulatory agencies, and reporting requirements, including documentation for foreign employees and transfer pricing.

  • Manage and monitor litigation and dispute resolution processes involving the company.

  • Oversee compliance with internal policies, certifications, and governance frameworks.

  • Support immigration processes for international employees and contractors.

  • Advise business teams during client negotiations to mitigate risks and ensure alignment with service delivery commitments.

  • Guide compliance, data protection, and regulations related to remote and hybrid work models.

Requirements

  • Law degree with 5+ years of experience in employment law, services contracts, and regulatory compliance.

  • Previous experience in professional services or IT/technology consulting companies (staffing, outsourcing, or managed services).

  • Strong knowledge of international commercial law and transfer pricing regulations.

  • Proven experience handling labor litigation, contract disputes, and conflict resolution.

  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, particularly in international service agreements.

  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (oral and written).

  • Ability to work effectively in remote, multicultural, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting companies with international operations.

  • Knowledge of data protection and compliance frameworks.

  • Experience designing and delivering internal legal/compliance training.

  • Familiarity with digital legal tools and document management systems.
