Job Description

How you'll contribute

Reporting to the Head of Legal,  you will be part of the Legal, Risk & Compliance team of Docplanner Italy, providing assistance for MioDottore, GIPO, and TuoTempo digital products. 

Key Responsibilities

• Managing B2B contracts and related negotiations

• Providing legal support to various business functions (Patient Care, Finance, Customer Success, Marketing)

• Handling privacy and data protection matters

• Supporting complaint management and litigation processes

• Collaborating with global functions for local implementation of group initiatives

• Developing and delivering targeted training on relevant legal topics to colleagues

Qualifications

We are looking for

• Law degree

• Mastery of civil and commercial law

• Experience in drafting and negotiating B2B commercial contracts

• Good knowledge of privacy regulations

• Good communication skills with functions other than legal

• Professional knowledge of English language

• 3-5 years of experience gained in qualified legal contexts, in-house and/or at international law firms

Nice to have:

• Work experience in the software field with particular focus on software offered as SaaS and software that includes artificial intelligence functionality

• Experience in managing processes related to data subject rights in privacy (DSR) and in general in the management of incidents involving personal data

• Interest in the healthcare sector
