Learning Systems Administrator
The Learning Systems Administrator will partner with enablement team members to assist with daily management of assigned learning applications to ensure an efficient and effective delivery of content to learners. Administrator will serve as a technical consultant to content owners and assist with production and deployment of content as needed.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct and report on results and surveys.
Take initiative to look for ways to improve learner experiences.
Audit and monitor data accuracy within Brainshark.
Modify or update learner progress and grades as needed
Monitor employee/contractor terminations to ensure application access and security is maintained
Produce training reports for employees as requested for tracking and certifications
Act as a consultant, providing best practice insight into all learning tool functionality including creating events, sessions, curricula, evaluations, email notifications, custom reports, standard reports, and uploading content (e-learning modules, materials, videos).
Assist with training sessions for learning technology administrators throughout the organization.
Take initiative to stay current on latest products, system releases, processes, and industry trends.
Demonstrate a positive customer service orientation with employees, partners, customers, and vendors.
Required Qualifications/Skillsets:
Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of relevant experience; OR in lieu of degree, 5 years of relevant experience required
Experience working with learning technology (Moodle, Totara, Learning Pool LMS, Brainshark preferred)
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
Ability to support and engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Comfortable working with business stakeholders
Ability to problem-solve creatively and utilize strong analytical skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a complex and changing environment independently and within a team; self-motivated
Preferred Skillsets:
Familiarity with AICC and SCORM protocols
Knowledge of basic HTML5
Experience working with learning technology (Brainshark preferred)
