Lead Recruiter
About the role:
Base Salary: $140K - $185K*
Location: Remote. Strong preference for candidates in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Key responsibilities:
Full-cycle Recruitment: Own the full recruitment life cycle across all our teams globally, including Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations.
Strategy + Execution: Act as a strategic partner to company leaders and hiring managers, followed by strong execution, ensuring that all hiring goals are met in a timely manner with top-tier candidates.
Candidate Sourcing: Use creative sourcing strategies to constantly attract a high volume of top-quality candidates.
Candidate Experience Excellence: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience that is fair, meritocratic, and fosters long-term relationships.
Be The Face of Kalepa: Champion Kalepa’s culture and position us as the employer of choice for top talent.
Numbers-driven Recruitment: Leverage data to experiment with new tactics and inform decisions in order to optimize Kalepa's recruitment strategy and processes.
About you:
You have 7+ years of Recruiting experience with a track record of attracting and hiring A+ players.
Experience recruiting for a variety of different functions, such as GTM, Engineering, Product, or Operations.
You are aligned with Kalepa’s unique culture and are excited to evangelize it with candidates.
You have experience owning recruitment end-to-end and a track record of strong results
You have previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company and know what it takes to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You are analytical and use key recruiting metrics to inform your strategies and tactics.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively engage candidates and communicate Kalepa’s values, culture, and the nature of the roles.
You love to hustle: finding ways to get things done, destroying obstacles, and never taking no for an answer. The words “it can’t be done” don’t exist in your vocabulary.
You are passionate, deeply motivated, and have a strong will to win. You are excited about building a world-class team.
You are an excellent listener. You are perceptive to candidates’ questions and concerns. You serve as a trusted representative of Kalepa.
You value open, frank, and respectful communication.
You have experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
As a plus:
In addition to the US, you have experience recruiting in Europe and Latin America
