Scopely is looking for a Lead Product Manager to join us remotely from the US or Canada!

At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play, every day – whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing, and innovating the gaming industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.

Scopely is seeking a hands-on Lead Product Manager to own and evolve our flagship WWE Champions mobile game. You’ll partner closely with design, engineering, data and live‑ops to drive features that deepen player engagement, expand our social ecosystem, and grow monetization. This role can be based in our Culver City studio hub or remote (U.S.)

What You’ll Do

  • Own End‑to‑End Features: Lead new multiplayer and social gameplay pillars from ideation through post‑launch optimization.

  • Define Clear Specs: Translate high‑level concepts into detailed game design documents and user stories.

  • Design Wireframes & Prototypes: Develop low‑fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to guide UX/UI and engineering.

  • Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work daily with designers, UX, engineers, analysts and producers to ship polished, data‑backed features

  • Drive the Roadmap: Stay on top of F2P mobile trends and WWE franchise insights to shape a compelling, player‑centric roadmap.

  • Optimize via Data: Formulate and run A/B tests, set hypotheses, analyze results, and iterate rapidly.

  • Coach & Mentor: Guide and develop more junior PMs, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous learning.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in free‑to‑play mobile games or game development experience

  • Proven track record leading indirect reports to delivery and feature ownership

  • Strong verbal & written communication; able to evangelize “why” and align global teams

  • Expertise in prioritization, trade‑offs, risk management, and agile processes

  • Intermediate statistics skills; able to translate business questions into analytics tasks and visualize in tools like Excel

  • Deep understanding of rpg mechanics, events and player motivators

  • A passion for games, creating fun and, compelling user experiences

Nice-to-Have

  • SQL proficiency

  • Previous work on sports or fighting‑franchise titles

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is provided below.
