Lead Product Manager - WWE Champions
Scopely is looking for a Lead Product Manager to join us remotely from the US or Canada!

Scopely is seeking a hands-on Lead Product Manager to own and evolve our flagship WWE Champions mobile game. You’ll partner closely with design, engineering, data and live‑ops to drive features that deepen player engagement, expand our social ecosystem, and grow monetization. This role can be based in our Culver City studio hub or remote (U.S.)
What You’ll Do
Own End‑to‑End Features: Lead new multiplayer and social gameplay pillars from ideation through post‑launch optimization.
Define Clear Specs: Translate high‑level concepts into detailed game design documents and user stories.
Design Wireframes & Prototypes: Develop low‑fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to guide UX/UI and engineering.
Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Work daily with designers, UX, engineers, analysts and producers to ship polished, data‑backed features
Drive the Roadmap: Stay on top of F2P mobile trends and WWE franchise insights to shape a compelling, player‑centric roadmap.
Optimize via Data: Formulate and run A/B tests, set hypotheses, analyze results, and iterate rapidly.
Coach & Mentor: Guide and develop more junior PMs, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous learning.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in free‑to‑play mobile games or game development experience
Proven track record leading indirect reports to delivery and feature ownership
Strong verbal & written communication; able to evangelize “why” and align global teams
Expertise in prioritization, trade‑offs, risk management, and agile processes
Intermediate statistics skills; able to translate business questions into analytics tasks and visualize in tools like Excel
Deep understanding of rpg mechanics, events and player motivators
A passion for games, creating fun and, compelling user experiences
Nice-to-Have
SQL proficiency
Previous work on sports or fighting‑franchise titles
For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is provided below. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$169,600—$253,000 USD
