Lead Product Manager - Search & Discovery
The Role
The Lead Product Manager, Search and Discovery is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for how users search, navigate and discover events across our platforms. This role is crucial for our continued growth, as a key driver of both new user acquisition, nurturing and retention. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in search, recommendation engines, and personalization with experience in large catalogue based e-Commerce businesses, to drive innovation and deliver an intuitive and powerful discovery experience for our users. The candidate will have significant experience partnering with other teams including marketing to enable an integrated user experience from the product through to nurturing and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for our search, discovery and landing page experiences, aligning them user needs and company goals.
Responsible for all stages of product development and delivery, including: ideation, research, business modeling, technical specifications, building, launching, measuring, optimizing and scaling. Some of the work will focus on brand new products/features and other aspects will include optimization and growth of existing products.
Lead a dedicated product team, partnering closely with engineering, data science and product design to develop the domain strategy, planning and roadmap and defining clear, actionable requirements for engineering and design teams.
Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify opportunities to improve search relevancy, event discoverability, and personalized recommendations.
Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, research, marketing, security, legal, and other teams to build out an engaging, valuable and differentiated products.
Communication: Articulate the problem you’re solving, the vision you are going after, write crisp and clear requirements and communicate the strategy, plan, challenges and constraints to senior management and various collaborators.

This role is responsible for driving significant conversion opportunities on the primary shopping and selection page, including the most complex UX component of our entire site: the interactive map. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, technically savvy, and experienced in collaborating with ML teams to optimize pricing and curation. This position requires strong cross-functional leadership to navigate the complexities of fan resale, encompassing payment types, cross-platform differences, and foundational product-market fit assessments. This individual will have a proven track record of tackling large-scale UX challenges in consumer-facing product roles and will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall fan shopping journey and supporting organizational goals related to revenue growth and user satisfaction.
