  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the company to align efforts, share insights and represent the UK team in the wider organization

  • Leverage quantitative skills to analyze metrics, track KPIs, and measure product success

You Have:

  • 6+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably in e-commerce or D2C businesses with specific experience in product led growth and/or growth marketing

  • Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver in a lean, fast-paced team environment

  • Ability to balance user experience with aggressive business objectives

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority

  • Strategic and tactical experience in designing and executing scalable processes

  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful mindset with a self-motivated approach to work

  • Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments with shifting priorities

  • A team player who takes ownership and accountability with a “first to take blame, last to take credit” philosophy

Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):

  • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles

  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days
