Lead Product Manager
Acronis is revolutionizing cyber protection—providing natively integrated, all-in-one solutions that monitor, control, and protect the data that businesses and lives depend on. We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment. The Lead Product Manager will be part of the Acronis Data Protection team and will drive the product strategy for Acronis Software-Defined Storage. Will partner with executives, researchers, architects, data scientists, and product leaders across business units to deliver the most competitive and secure backup storage for service providers (MSPs) and enterprise customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Own the storage strategy and roadmap: define vision, north-star metrics, and phased bets aligned to business goals
Deeply understand customers and partners: engage buyers, channel partners, and admins through interviews, discovery calls, analytics, and surveys; translate insights into clear problem statements and PRDs
Lead market & competitive analysis: size markets, analyze the competitive landscape, and identify differentiators and pricing/packaging opportunities
Drive execution: prioritize backlogs, write crisp requirements, and collaborate with design and engineering to ship high-quality releases on time
Partner on GTM: work with Marketing and Sales to build positioning, messaging, demos, and enablement; support launches and field training
Run beta/pilot programs: define entry/exit criteria, instrument feedback loops, validate product-market fit, and convert early users
Enable field teams: review product data and keep Sales, SEs, and Partner Success current on releases and competitor moves
Measure outcomes: track adoption, attach rate, $/TB efficiency, durability/SLA metrics, performance, and support case drivers; iterate based on data.
WHAT YOU BRING
5-8+ years in product management for enterprise or infrastructure software (storage, data management/protection, DR, systems monitoring, or adjacent domains).
Deep understanding of storage market and storage technologies (object/block/file, replication/erasure coding, tiering, QoS)
Understanding of data protection/DR products and players is a plus
Strong experience with market analysis and business cases (pricing, TCO, ROI)
Ability to collaborate with architects/engineers; coding or architecture background is a plus
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving skills; comfortable presenting from execs to customers
