  • Very strong, modern UI skills

  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, and other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Strong experience utilizing design systems to build and update screens

  • Proven track record of delivering successful design projects that meet business goals and user needs.

  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with front-end development principles and an understanding of technical feasibility and limitations.

  • Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design.

  • A portfolio showcasing your previous UX and UI design work, including shopping or e-commerce related projects.

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
