As a member of the Marketing Data and Insights team the Lead Marketing Data Analyst is a strategic advisor to core Marketing functions, accelerating business strategies and enhancing customer experiences with data insights.
The Lead Marketing Data Analyst is responsible for providing data analyses that lead to actionable recommendations and deepen understanding of marketing analytics. This role will create metrics that are consistently and accurately implemented, monitored to drive decisions that shape our customers' experience.
What You’ll Do
Lead the development of data-backed capabilities and strategic initiatives to optimize and influence go-to-market efforts for the global marketing organization
Design, build, and deliver visually compelling business analyses, reports, dashboards, and forecasts to Marketing and Senior Leadership
Own and manage a portfolio of reporting and analytics products and roadmaps to support pipeline growth and marketing effectiveness
Establish, standardize, and enhance operational processes to promote collaboration and drive positive business outcomes
Conduct and oversee total addressable market (TAM) analysis, leveraging tools such as Dun & Bradstreet or similar to provide strategic insights
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and creativity across the Marketing Data and Insights team, Marketing Operations, and other internal stakeholders
What You’ll Need
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
6+ years experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or other data analysis related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering high-quality presentations using marketing insights derived from analytics
Strong understanding of marketing metrics and business-to-business (B2B) SaaS marketing/sales funnels
Proficiency in SQL
Proficiency in data visualization/BI tools such as Quicksight, Looker, Power BI, and Tableau
Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo, or similar CRM and marketing automation tools
Demonstrated experience owning TAM analysis and using tools such as Dun & Bradstreet for this purpose
Ability to work globally and cross-functionally to lead change in a fast-paced environment
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
Minimal travel for quarterly internal meetings
Reliable internet access for any period working remotely and not in a Workiva office

How You’ll Be Rewarded
✅ Salary range in the US: $101,000.00 - $172,000.00
✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire
✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors.
