About the Role
You'll be the intelligence engine behind our sales efforts, conducting deep research to uncover companies and decision-makers who need what we offer. This role is perfect for someone who loves the detective work of lead generation, takes pride in data accuracy, and thrives in building organized systems that drive revenue.
What You'll Do
Research & Identify: Conduct detailed research to identify companies and contacts that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Build & Segment: Create and organize lead lists for various sales and marketing campaigns, segmented by relevant criteria
Contact Discovery: Find accurate contact information including email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles for key decision-makers
Data Quality: Diligently verify and clean data to ensure the highest level of accuracy and completeness
CRM Management: Maintain and update records within our CRM system, keeping information current and actionable
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand their targeting needs and continuously refine list criteria
Required Skills
Self-motivated work ethic - you take ownership and hold yourself accountable without needing constant supervision
Resourcefulness - you think critically to overcome research challenges and find creative solutions to blockers independently
Meticulous attention to detail - you're committed to data accuracy and take pride in getting things right
Remote work capability - you work effectively in an autonomous environment and manage your time well
Schedule flexibility - able to maintain at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours, preferably in the latter half of the workday (e.g., 1 PM - 5 PM EST)
Strong English communication - excellent written and verbal English skills for professional correspondence
Reliable setup - a dependable computer and stable, high-speed internet connection
Nice to Have
Familiarity with CRM software, specifically HubSpot
Previous experience in a list-building, lead generation, or data research role
Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or other data enrichment platforms
Understanding of B2B sales processes and buyer personas
