About This Role:

About This Role: This individual will act as the main financial support and be the lead FP&A business partner for our Clinical Operations organization. In addition, in partnership with the broader Operations FP&A team, they will support the Global Operations function to achieve their gross margin expansion goals and develop reporting and analytics that will enhance visibility to key drivers. A successful candidate will be a self-starter with a keen attention to detail, a drive to lead continuous improvements, and an ability to set clear priorities in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute the monthly reporting, quarterly forecast, and annual budget processes for the Clinical Operations group to meet organizational goals and objectives.  Ensure execution of trade-off management to achieve company priorities. This includes both cost of revenue and operating expense responsibilities.

- Proactively work with the organization to execute on headcount planning, inclusive of advanced modeling around capacity requirements based on volumes.  Support trade-off management between FTEs, overtime spend, productivity bonuses, etc.

- Collaborate with HR to ensure decisions are made cohesive to achieve company and financial goals.

- Calculate monthly and quarterly productivity bonuses and coordinate on time payment.

- Align and report on KPI's agreed upon by the business, FP&A, HR, etc.

- Collaborate with the S&OP group to ensure capacity planning and headcount can support the volumes of the business while maintaining gross margin targets.

- Be a liaison between Commercial and Operations FP&A to align gross margin walks to show price impact vs cost per unit impact.

- Support ROI models around key technology improvements, efficiency metrics, etc. and track toward those goals.

- Work cross-collaboratively with other parts of FP&A and the business to ensure other support functions affecting gross margin have the proper visibility and are driving to the same goals. Experience and Minimum Qualifications: Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to create models and drive analytics to enable informed decision making

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

- Knowledge and experience with financial planning tools (Adaptive is a plus)

- Ability to learn processes and execute on process improvements that drive greater efficiency and/or visibility

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

- Capacity to confidently express opinions, raise concerns, and share ideas

Work Environment / Other Requirements:

- Ability to collaborate and be effective in a fully remote environment

- Limited but some work travel required (less than 15%)

- Additional hours may be required (exempt positions)

 

Location:

Remote - US

Actual compensation may vary depending on job-related factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.

Estimated Pay Range

$112,000.00 - $145,000.00
