Key Account Director
As a Key Account Director, you’ll report to the VP of Global Accounts and take ownership of growing and retaining Degreed’s flagship accounts. In close partnership with our Client Success Directors, you’ll lead strategic account expansion and ensure long-term client success through the adoption of Degreed’s innovative solutions.
Key Skills

Key Responsibilities
Own the relationship with key global clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
Identify and execute on upsell opportunities, aligned with client goals and Degreed’s value.
Lead strategic account planning, coordinating with internal stakeholders to drive tailored growth strategies.
Collaborate with Client Success, Product, and Revenue teams to deliver end-to-end client value.
Monitor account performance, report on KPIs, and proactively mitigate risk.
Negotiate and renew contracts, balancing client needs and Degreed’s strategic priorities.
Act as a trusted advisor and advocate, connecting client feedback to internal roadmaps and innovation.
Compensation
We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The base salary range is $130,000 – $160,000, with total on-target earnings (OTE) including variable compensation. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
