ISV Partner Enablement Manager

The ISV (tech, data and built-on partners) partner sales and GTM enablement role is crucial to how we scale and leverage our partner ecosystem to drive non-linear growth through world class enablement programs.
This role is a part of our Partner Enablement team within our Field Engineering organization whose vision is to activate and accelerate the value our customers get from their data and AI.
The Partner Enablement team extends this vision with a focus on accelerating the value our partners get from aligning with Databricks. With a partner first mission across Consulting and Systems Integrator (SI), Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and Cloud partners in the Field Engineering organization, we align on 3 priorities:
Scale the trained Ecosystem by training partners through on-demand courses, program managing instructor led trainings, leading and scaling workshops
Increase partner advocacy through large scale events and programs to win hearts and minds
Align partners on GTM Priorities by arming them with key sales assets and tools to effectively uncover and qualify opportunities
You will educate ISV partners on how to effectively sell and position their offerings with Databricks within their customer’s ecosystems and how to align our joint offerings to business outcomes. This requires translating technical products and features into meaningful business value messaging. You will also work closely with the ISV team and Field Enablement team to build and execute the strategy that delivers a world class ISV enablement program that activates the Databricks field (AE and SAs) and our overall ecosystem on ISV partners.
You have a technical software sales enablement background with a proven track record of success. You have worked directly with customers and ISV partners, and understand the ISV ecosystem including tech partners, data partners and built-ons/OEMs. You are a self starter and excel in a growth environment. You have strong project management skills to manage multi-channel enablement programs. Your success is measured by the impact of your enablement solutions, collaboration in cross functional teams, and the level of support you provide to the teams to reach sales and readiness goals.
This job reports to the Director of Partner Sales Enablement.
The impact you will have:
Increase knowledge, badging, partner engagements & consumption by quickly developing and measuring enablement programs: LMS training modules, internal field enablement, partner events (virtual and in-person)
Ensuring Databricks and ISV selling teams are enabled and aligned
Maintain a trusted partnership with Senior Management and intimately know their business
Identify areas for potential growth with a close feedback loop with sales leaders, partner leaders and ISV partners
Support onboarding to build foundational capabilities for role-based skills

5+ years experience in partner enablement in B2B SaaS companies
Experience creating e-learning content in a Learning Management System (LMS)
