The Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation (SGBFF) works to build a more equal and resilient world. We bring people together to support each other through four initiatives: LeanIn.Org, LeanInGirls.Org, OptionB.Org, and the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program.

We are looking for a full-time, term-limited (7-month) team member to join our team from January through July 2026, providing coverage during maternity leave. Reporting to the SVP of Programs, this role will serve as the primary point of contact for key partners and support core partnerships, outreach, and events to ensure the continued growth and smooth execution of the Lean In Girls program.

The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, organized, and adaptable, with experience managing partnerships in dynamic, mission-driven settings. They thrive in remote-first environments, balancing day-to-day execution with strategic planning. If you’re energized by supporting schools and nonprofit partners, driving outreach campaigns, and ensuring smooth execution of programs and events – all while advancing our mission to empower girls’ leadership – we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Account & Partner Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and day-to-day relationship manager for key program partners

  • Support partner schools and organizations with onboarding, email communications, office hours, and facilitator community engagement

Conference & Event Planning

  • Drive planning and coordination for priority partner conferences, including:

  • Liaison with partner teams to confirm activations, logistics, and deliverables

  • Manage conference budgets and track expenses

  • Manage lead generation strategy, event marketing, and partner-facing communications

  • Manage logistics for virtual events and webinars to drive program awareness and conversion, including scheduling, content development, webinar delivery, and targeted follow-up

Outreach & Conversion Campaigns

  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns to priority channels

  • Track engagement and progress through HubSpot to drive program conversions.

  • Manage broad database engagement and contact nurturing to expand program adoption.

Team Collaboration & General Support

  • Work closely with girls and the cross-functional team to keep partner activations, outreach, and event planning on track.

  • Support additional projects as needed to advance program growth during the coverage period.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • 7+ years of partnership, program management, or account/relationship management experience.

  • Results-oriented mindset and proven track record of delivering against established targets.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms; quick to learn new tools.

  • A “roll up your sleeves” mindset—flexible, proactive, and comfortable shifting between day-to-day execution and project support.

  • Ability to tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset and thoughtful, proactive approach.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable presenting, both virtually and in person.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment; remote-first and/or startup experience a plus.

WHAT WE WILL OFFER YOU:

  • The base salary for this role varies by location: $144,000 - $148,500 (National) / $160,000 - $165,000 (Bay Area/New York Metro), with the final amount depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, full-time employees are also eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 10% of their annual salary.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with 4% employer match, unlimited PTO, and more!

  • The opportunity to advance the Lean In Girls mission by supporting partnerships, outreach, and events that empower girls to lead.

  • A collaborative, supportive, and mission-driven team culture.

  • A fully remote workplace, with periodic in-person meetings and events.

HOW TO APPLY

  • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis - early submission is encouraged.

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

  • If your application is a good match, our team will reach out to schedule an interview. If you're no longer under consideration, you'll receive an email update. We truly appreciate your interest, and due to the high application volume, we may not be able to personally communicate with everyone who applies.
