Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools to track progress and forecast sales. Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure customer feedback is integrated into product development. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in new business development, preferably in the SaaS industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex software solutions. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools including Salesforce and Salesloft.
