MetPro Inside Sales - Nutrition Specialist

At MetPro, we specialize in the research and optimization of metabolic behavior and complete physical transformations. Our coaches and experts provide concierge lifestyle fitness and nutrition coaching based upon the science and technology developed by our founder and internationally recognized expert in body transformation- Angelo Poli.

Are you up to the challenge of being part of the team who is breaking the traditional notion of nutrition and fitness management, as well as helping people successfully achieve and maintain their health and fitness goals?

Position Summary

As a high-performing sales professional, you will play a critical role in driving revenue while transforming lives through MetPro’s metabolic nutrition profiling system and proprietary technology platform. You are the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the sales process and helping them commit to their wellness journey.

This is a consultative sales role, requiring a balance of persuasion and education to convert leads into clients. You need to overcome objections, inspire confidence, and clearly articulate the value of MetPro’s services. Your success will be measured by your ability to close sales and drive company growth.

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of nutrition—whether through education, prior experience in sales, supplements, coaching, or a related industry. You are familiar with nutritional principles and how they impact health.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions

  • Be a master in consultative B2C selling, effectively communicating MetPro’s value and guiding prospects toward life-changing health transformations.

  • Demonstrate deep expertise in nutrition and fitness, explaining their role in long-term health and wellness in a way that resonates with clients.

  • Consistently exceed sales targets, leveraging a CRM and other tools to track leads, optimize follow-ups, and improve conversion rates.

  • Proactively engage with inbound leads via phone, text, and Zoom, guiding them through the sales funnel, overcoming objections, and closing sales.

  • Educate and inspire leads with a confident understanding of MetPro’s unique methodology and how it differentiates from other solutions.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously refining sales strategies and leveraging data to maximize performance and client success.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in remote, consultative inside sales

  • Experience in selling high-ticket or luxury consumer products

  • Knowledge of nutrition, fitness, and wellness

Work Environment

These roles require contributing to a positive and vibrant company culture that is 100% remote.

Work Schedule

MetPro generally has “core” working hours on weekdays between 8:00am - 5:30pm (Pacific). However, the nature of this position is very flexible and may extend outside of those hours.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The job duties regularly require prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
