  • CRM Management & Reporting:  Maintain accurate records of all interactions, updates on lead status, and sales activities within CRM systems: prepare regular sales reports.

  • Market & Industry Research:  Stay informed on industry trends, employer market segments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with Internal Teams:  Coordinate closely with the Consultant Relations and Channel Partnerships teams for lead flow and with other internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to support sales efforts.

  • Achieve Sales Targets:  Meet or exceed established sales quotas and KPIs for employer market acquisition.
