INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

*This position can be REMOTE or Hybrid (if you wish to come to our Orange County office).
Position Summary:
In this key position, the Inside Sales Account Executive will play a pivotal role in our continued success and revenue growth! You will lead business development initiatives by selling customized technology solutions to existing and new customers.
Compensation: Tailored to the needs of the candidate, targeting first year $100k+ OTE
What you'll be doing:
- Identify and qualify IT sales opportunities with existing and new customers; with a focus on developing new customer relationships and follow up on leads through phone contact.
- Consult with decision makers to understand their IT needs and business goals and offer 2NDGEAR’s solutions to their IT challenges.
- Obtain customer feedback and continually work to improve product and service offerings
- Working with 2NDGEAR support staff, ensure products are delivered on time, resolve customer requests and issues.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in an outside or inside sales role.
- Knowledge of computers, software, or technology is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn
- Strong customer service focus, consultative approach, and enjoy solving problems.
- Results driven, self-motivated, a need to achieve and be the best!
