Your responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers (or agencies) from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and niches to develop and execute impactful influencer marketing strategies in the USA, UK, Germany, France, and other emerging markets.
Influencer Recruitment: Identify and onboard new influencers whose values and content align with our brand. Maintain a strong network of influencer relationships and continuously seek out new potential partners.
Campaign Management: Conceptualise and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from ideation and content creation to execution and performance measurement. Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and achieve desired objectives. On this journey you will have the help of an internal creative team.
Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to co-create engaging and authentic content that resonates with their audiences while conveying our brand's message effectively.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and cultural nuances within target markets to optimise influencer partnerships and campaign outcomes.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations for optimising future campaigns.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with our marketing, social media, and creative teams to integrate influencer strategies seamlessly into overall brand initiatives.
Requirements
You have experience in working with influencers in the USA.
Strong analytical and creative mindset.
You have excellent communication and negotiation skills. You are very dedicated when it comes to nurturing good partner relationships.
You’re passionate about pop culture, esports and you love gaming.
You’re well connected in the pop culture, esports and gaming world and you’re an expert when it comes to influencers and personalities.
You are ahead of trends with good eye for young growing talents.
You are willing to adjust to European time-zone (to some extent).
