The Growth Marketing team at VEED is a cross-functional team with focus on Revenue Growth. We are a young, ambitious team driven by creativity, innovation, and a passion for growth. Our team champions acquisition at different moments of the user journey –from awareness to conversion. You will work closely with other marketing teams as well as cross-functional stakeholders to drive massive impact for VEED.
About the role
The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the execution and growth of VEED's Influencer program. Working closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager, they will be responsible for sourcing new creator partners, outreaching creators for campaigns, and assisting with strategy execution and reporting.
Sitting in the Social team, this role will support the strategy execution across our three business units: Core, Mobile & Enterprise.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about social media, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience working with creators.
What you will do
Identify New Creators: Source new content creators ensuring their brand and audience align with VEED's ideal customer profile.
Campaign Outreach: Initiate contact with approved creator partners to discuss and secure their involvement in upcoming VEED marketing campaigns.
Relationship Management: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries from creators interested in partnering with VEED, fostering positive and productive relationships.
Affiliate Onboarding: Guide and support selected creators through the process of joining VEED's affiliate program, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to succeed.
UGC Ads: Work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager, Mobile and Growth teams to implement a successful UGC (User-Generated Content) strategy, leveraging creator content for paid ads.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Assist in the preparation of regular reports on influencer marketing performance, analyzing key metrics and providing insights to optimize future campaigns.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor and research competitor activity in the influencer marketing space, identifying trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update internal documentation and folders related to influencer marketing, ensuring information is organized, accessible, and current.
About you
Minimum 1 year professional experience in an Influencer Marketing role
Highly fluent in English, both written and spoken
Experience working across different social media platforms, particularly YouTube and Instagram, with LinkedIn experience a bonus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Data-driven mindset with an understanding of the role of data in creator recruitment and partnership analysis
Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends
Ability to be proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using AI-powered tools to streamline workflows
