About Us

Osmind is a technology, services, and data company focused exclusively on psychiatry. Mental health disorders are one of the leading causes of death worldwide and are tied to shortening lifespans. Yet, we have cause for hope: there have been developments in new psychiatric medications since the first FDA approval in 1954, such as new treatments like ketamine, Spravato, and neuromodulation. Now, there is a growing movement among clinicians, patients, and researchers to close the gap between this scientific innovation and better real-world care.

At Osmind, we serve a network of 800+ independent psychiatry practices across 49 states. We help these clinics effectively provide high-quality care, scale as businesses, and contribute to research with our purpose-built EHR, software solutions, clinician community, and managed services. Our providers are at the forefront of psychiatry, offering innovative interventions and treating some of the highest acuity patients in the country.

Osmind is a San Francisco–based public benefit corporation backed by top investors including DFJ Growth, Future Ventures, General Catalyst, and Y Combinator.

Role Overview

As an Implementation Specialist, you'll be responsible for successfully onboarding psychiatric practices onto our platform and services. You'll serve as the primary point of contact during implementation, coordinating across teams to ensure a smooth transition and driving practice adoption and success.

  • Develop and refine implementation methodologies, playbooks, and best practices for true end-to-end EHR deployments

  • Mentor junior implementation specialists and provide technical guidance across the team

  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, from executive leadership to end users

  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation efficiency while maintaining quality

  • Drive strategic initiatives to scale the implementation function as the company grows

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to enhance the implementation experience

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and solutions for complex implementation challenges

  • Track and analyze implementation metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

  • Develop into a management role overseeing the implementation function and team

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementation, with a specific focus on EHR/practice management systems

  • Demonstrated expertise with true end-to-end EHR implementations

  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent enterprise implementations

  • Experience mentoring junior team members and providing technical leadership

  • Advanced project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands

  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications
