What You'll Be Doing: The Impact You'll Make
Be the Identity Security Go-To Expert: Serve as the primary technical authority for strategic customers, driving their identity security vision and ensuring their Saviynt environment becomes a mission-critical part of their business.
Architect and Deliver: Define, scope, and lead the design of cutting-edge identity solutions — creating scalable, secure deployments that address real-world challenges.
Own the Outcome: Oversee the technical execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery, resolving complex issues, and maintaining customer confidence every step of the way.
Champion Success: Conduct regular technical and strategic reviews with customers, proactively identifying optimization opportunities and helping them extract maximum value from Saviynt.
Drive Growth and Innovation: Partner with account teams to identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities — showing customers how Saviynt can evolve with their business.
Be the Voice of the Customer: Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence Saviynt’s roadmap with real-world customer insights.
Empower and Educate: Deliver hands-on training and demonstrations that inspire customers to innovate and expand their identity programs.
What You Bring (Your Identity Security Arsenal)
Experience & Expertise:
10–15 years of progressive experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM) domains.
Proven history of leading technical delivery of enterprise-scale identity transformation programs, from design through post-implementation optimization.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects, balancing technical depth, business priorities, and client expectations.
Strong background in client engagement—skilled in developing trusted, strategic relationships with senior executives and technical leaders.
Technical Proficiency:
Core Web Technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, HTML, Web & Application Servers.
Databases: Oracle, MSSQL, Sybase, MySQL.
Directory Services: LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD.
HR Systems: SAP, PeopleSoft.
Programming: Java, .NET, or C++.
Integration Technologies: REST, LDAP, and database connectors.
Security & Audit:
Understanding of security principles, IT audit practices, and governance frameworks.
Experience with SaaS-based identity platforms is required.
Preferred Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with IGA platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, or Oracle OIM.
Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
Exposure to Access Management, SSO, and MFA technologies is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
Comfortable leading executive-level discussions and managing high-stakes technical engagements.
$120,000 - $150,000 a year
We offer you a competitive total rewards package, learning and tremendous opportunities to grow and advance in your career. At Saviynt, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and final compensation decisions are dependent on many factors including, but are not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other relevant business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000 - $150,000 annually.
You may also be eligible to participate in a Saviynt discretionary bonus plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
