We're looking for a Technical Account Manager who is a true Identity Security Practitioner—someone who lives and breathes identity security, not just manages accounts. This isn't just about support; it's about being the technical vanguard for our most strategic clients, guiding them through complex identity transformations, anticipating their needs, and ensuring their Saviynt platform becomes an indispensable pillar of their security posture. You'll bridge the gap between deep technical expertise and strategic client partnership, driving successful implementations and ensuring long-term value.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the Identity Security Guru: Serve as the primary technical authority for assigned clients, providing high-level technical guidance and strategic direction throughout their Saviynt journey.

  • Architect and Define Solutions: Lead the technical definition, scoping, and design of complex identity security solutions, translating intricate client requirements into robust, scalable Saviynt deployments. This includes comprehensive RFP responses, detailed professional services estimates, project plans, Rough Order of Magnitude (ROMs), and Statements of Work (SOWs).

  • Own the Technical Delivery: Take full ownership of the technical execution of SOWs, orchestrating the successful delivery of professional services. This involves hands-on oversight, troubleshooting, and acting as the primary escalation point for all project-related technical challenges.

  • Strategic Client Engagement: Conduct regular, in-depth technical reviews with customers, proactively identifying potential issues, optimizing their Saviynt environment, and ensuring maximum platform utilization and value realization.

  • Proactive Problem Solving: Monitor support requests and client environments to identify recurring technical patterns, championing product enhancements or process improvements within Saviynt to address systemic issues.

  • Drive Expansion & Adoption: Partner with account teams to identify and cultivate up-sell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities by demonstrating how Saviynt can solve evolving identity security challenges and improve business outcomes.

  • Technical Enablement: Develop and deliver advanced technical demonstrations and training sessions for clients, ensuring they can independently leverage the full power of the Saviynt platform.

  • Internal Collaboration: Act as a critical liaison between clients, our Customer Professional Services (CPS) team, Engineering, and Product Management, ensuring client feedback drives product innovation and technical excellence.

  • Operational Excellence: Assist with regional services resourcing and forecasting, and manage timesheet and invoicing approvals, ensuring seamless operational flow.

What You Bring (Your Identity Security Arsenal)

  • Deep Identity Security Expertise (5+ years): A minimum of 5 years of hands-on, deeply relevant experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM). This isn't just theory; you've been in the trenches.

  • Proven Project Leadership (5+ years): A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success leading/managing the scoping, planning, and hands-on delivery of complex identity security projects, with a strong track record of achieving successful solution outcomes for enterprise clients.

  • Extensive Project Delivery (7+ years): A minimum of 7 years of overall project delivery work, including design and development, specifically within IGA security projects.

  • Leadership Progression: Your latest job role must reflect a leadership position, demonstrating clear progression through grades from a junior or senior delivery resource.

  • Diverse Project Experience: Must have worked on at least 3 different projects/customers, showcasing adaptability and broad exposure.

  • Project Management Acumen: Experience with project planning, tracking, and utilizing project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana).

  • Project Management Certification (Desirable): Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or similar training is a plus.

Security Domain Knowledge

  • Mandatory IGA Experience: Must have substantial Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) experience.

  • PAM Knowledge (Desirable): Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) is a plus.

  • Integration Technology: Experience with integration technologies such as REST, LDAP, and database connectors.

  • Directory Services: Knowledge of directory services including LDAP, Active Directory, and Azure AD.

  • SaaS Platform Expertise: Must have experience working with SaaS security platforms.

  • Security Frameworks (Desirable): Understanding of security frameworks like Zero Trust, NIST, and ISO27001 is a strong advantage.

IGA Product Experience

  • Core IGA Platforms: Must have experience working with one or more of the following IGA products: SailPoint, Okta, Oracle OIM, or Saviynt.

  • Other Security Products (Nice to have): Experience with Pathlock, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea is beneficial.

  • Access Management (Nice to know): Familiarity with Access Management, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) concepts.

Management & Client Engagement

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in managing stakeholders, including leading Program Boards and interacting with senior management.

  • RFP & Contract Management: Experience responding to Service RFPs, scoping projects, estimating, and producing Service Contracts/SOWs.
