Who we are

Brivity VA, a brand of PLACE, is looking for an experienced Hubspot Administrator who will play a critical role in managing and optimizing Hubspot CRM within the mortgage industry context. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of HubSpot across marketing, sales, and customer service teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in HubSpot, a solid understanding of the mortgage industry, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions. 

 What is expected of you

  • CRM Management & Configuration:

    • Administer and manage the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring it meets the needs of the mortgage business.

    • Customize HubSpot modules (deals, pipelines, forms, workflows, reporting) to align with mortgage industry-specific processes.

    • Create and manage custom fields, properties, and workflows to streamline lead management and customer journeys.

    • Regularly update and maintain CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Reporting & Analytics:

    • Build and manage custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into sales, marketing, and customer service activities.

    • Track and analyze KPIs such as lead conversion rates, pipeline status, customer acquisition costs, and loan approval timelines.

    • Monitor and report on HubSpot performance, recommending improvements based on data-driven insights.

  • System Updates & Best Practices:

    • Stay up-to-date with HubSpot feature updates, industry trends, and best practices to recommend improvements to CRM processes.

    • Work with leadership to identify new opportunities for HubSpot to drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:

    • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, operations, and IT teams to understand their needs and ensure HubSpot is optimized to support cross-departmental goals.

    • Assist in implementing new tools, apps, and workflows to improve internal efficiencies across departments.

What you need to possess

  • Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator, CRM Manager, or similar role, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry.

    • Strong understanding of mortgage processes and terminology (e.g., loan origination, underwriting, closing).

    • Experience with HubSpot’s Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and reporting tools.

    • Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party tools such as loan origination software, email marketing tools, or data management platforms.

  • Skills:

    • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot features and capabilities (workflows, custom properties, reporting, etc.).

    • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.

    • Experience in data management, data quality, and troubleshooting technical issues.

    • Ability to design, implement, and document complex workflows and automations.
