HR Benefits Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Benefits Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our global Benefits and Total Rewards function. This internship is ideal for someone eager to gain exposure to employee benefits, HR processes, and operational support in a professional setting. You’ll work closely with HR professionals and external vendors, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your key responsibilities:
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, life, retirement, and wellness offerings.
Respond to employee queries related to benefits and escalate issues as appropriate.
Assist with the coordination of benefits meetings, events, and vendor calls, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes.
Raise and manage purchase orders for benefits vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely processing and compliance with internal policies.
Help maintain accurate records in HR systems and conduct audits of benefits data.
Assist with the preparation and delivery of internal benefits communications and materials.
Support the planning and execution of open enrollment, including testing systems and assisting employees.
What you’ll bring:
Required:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Strong interest in employee benefits, HR operations, or business administration.
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Detail-oriented with high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); familiarity with procurement systems or HRIS a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
