Let’s grow together! Noble Hearts HR Consulting is a boutique consulting firm that is steadily growing. While our business focuses on start-ups to medium size organizations, our primary clients are within the healthcare industry.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We have an ideal opportunity for a college student majoring or having recently graduated with a degree in HR, Industrial Psychology or Communications. This freelance remote part-time opportunity requires a minimum of 10 hours per week with an hourly rate that starts between $12.00 to 15.00 per hour. Must be available to work anytime between the hours of 10am to 6pm EST Monday through Saturday. The number of hours will increase based on client growth and need.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Call and schedule candidates for interviews
Research and review resumes
Follow up with candidates in process for hire
Create entertaining and interesting social media post directly and indirectly related to HR topics
Research HR topics
Provide general administrative assistant support
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Some College
Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated
Computer and Social Media Savvy
Creative Writer
Organized
Clear Communicator
Must be able to demonstrate productivity with visible and verifiable outcomes
Experience with Wordpress is a plus
Experience with social media scheduling platforms a plus
Experience recruiting for OPWDD, OMH, DOH, and OASAS affiliated organizations is a plus
