YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM
Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and promote a team of 4 UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Vision & Strategy: Set the UX and design vision for our software, in line with the company vision and strategy.
User Experience Focus: Prioritise user experience in all design decisions, ensuring our products are intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Development teams, and other stakeholders to integrate user-centric design into all aspects of our products.
Multi-platform environment: Responsible for interfaces and UX for both B2B applications: Enterprise web-app (a-la Salesforce), Tablet companion app (e.g. for use in a fitness club), Mobile app (for trainers); as well as B2C applications: Mobile app (for fitness club members), Member web portal, In-studio touchpoints.
Design Systems & Processes: Develop and maintain a unified design system, optimising design processes to enhance productivity and product quality.
Best Practices & Knowledge Sharing: Promote good design practices, share knowledge, and utilise tools to continuously improve the team's output.
YOUR PROFILE
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design within digital and user-centred product development in a Business-to-Business environment, with a strong focus on user experience.
Leadership: Proven experience in leading UX/UI designers, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Methodology: Agile mindset with experience in UX/UI methods, design processes, and quality assurance.
Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage complex processes and stakeholders.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present and justify design decisions clearly. German would be a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with standardised design frameworks like Material UI would be a plus.
Education: University degree or comparable apprenticeship in interaction design, user interface design, or communication design.
