About he Role
As Head of UX Design & Brand, you will own the design language and customer experience across every touchpoint, from in-product workflows to onboarding flows, from landing pages to social presence. You will partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure consistency, clarity, and delight in how our customers interact with us.This is a senior, cross-functional leadership role that blends product design excellence with a strong brand and storytelling sensibility. You will lead product designers, define our design systems, and ensure our UX scales as we grow globally.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Define and evolve the UX and design strategy across product, brand, and marketing surfaces.
- Establish and maintain design systems that scale across platforms and teams.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ship intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
- Work with Marketing to align visual identity, website experience, and campaign assets.
- Partner with Research to translate user insights into actionable design decisions.
- Own the look, feel, and usability of all digital touchpoints — from onboarding flows to social presence.
- Champion inclusive and responsive design for a global user base.
- Lead and mentor other UX designers.

Experience & skills:
- 6+ years of experience in UX and product design, with at least 2 in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing product design, brand coherence, and cross-platform experience
- Proven experience managing and growing high-performing design teams.
- Fluency in design tools (Figma, etc.) and comfort working closely with frontend developers.
- Experience building design systems and working in agile product teams.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Fintech, cross-border payments, or platforms for freelancers.
