We are fully remote, with most of the team spread across the US, with presence in NYC and SF.

About the Role

Svix is looking for a top performer to lead our growth, business and GTM strategies. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with the CEO to shape and execute the company’s growth initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and executing on our business strategies, help identifying new market opportunities and channels, and helping the company grow in both revenue and adoption.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is both strategic and hands-on, and wants to make a direct, measurable impact on company growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute Svix’s company-wide GTM strategy.

  • Experiment with different channels and market opportunities.

  • Be in charge of driving revenue and customer growth.

  • Work closely with the CEO to set business goals and appropriate metrics.

  • Manage and monitor various company metrics.

  • Provide actionable feedback to inform product roadmap and market positioning

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience being a product manager in charge of a full product or leading growth at a B2B company (B2B SaaS or developers tools are preferred).

  • Proven track record of leading successful GTM strategies and driving revenue growth

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative approaches to market expansion and business growth

  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.

  • Self-starter with high agency and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects.

  • High energy, clear communicator, and aligned with our values.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $165,000*

*These figures represent the range for candidates based in NYC, where we are headquartered. Salary will differ based on geographic location and is also based on skills, experience, etc.

Equity: We offer generous equity packages at Svix. As an owner, our success is your success.

Benefits (US): Health insurance (including vision and dental), long-term and short-term disability insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick leave and paid PTO.
