About he Role
This is a high-impact role for someone who can connect vision with execution. You’ll shape the roadmap, align cross-functional teams, and build scalable solutions that solve critical needs for enterprises in industries like AI, data labeling, BPO, and distributed work.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Own the end-to-end product strategy for our Enterprise customers, from discovery through adoption and retention.
- Conduct structured customer and market research to deeply understand pain points and opportunities.
- Define a long-term product vision that aligns with Airtm’s broader mission and business goals.
- Translate vision into a realistic, high-leverage roadmap and backlog that balances short-term growth with long-term scalability.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and commercial teams to build and ship features that drive enterprise usage.
- Work closely with sales and partnerships to accelerate go-to-market adoption and unlock new revenue streams.

Experience & skills:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in fintech, B2B SaaS, or payments.
- Proven success building and launching products with enterprise customers.
- Experience in agile environments with cross-functional global teams.
- Strong product intuition backed by analytical rigor
- Understanding of crypto, stablecoins, wallets, or financial infrastructure is a big plus.
Nice to have:
Experience scaling platforms that serve two-sided networks (e.g. marketplaces, payment rails).
