Head of Distribution
SafetyWing is looking for a bold entrepreneur to take on the challenge of building a global agent network for Remote Health - the world’s first fully global insurance plan for remote and distributed teams.
This is a high-effort, high-reward role. You’ll have access to our tools, support, and operations team, so you can focus on one mission: creating a worldwide network of agents who can successfully sell our product to globally distributed teams. You’ll earn a commission on every sale made within your network, meaning your success can translate into substantial income.
This opportunity could be a great fit if you’re a former founder or an entrepreneurial self-starter excited to build something from the ground up - backed by a forward-thinking Y Combinator company. We’re looking for someone autonomous, resourceful, and energized by playing a key role in building a global social safety net with us.
How this works
For your first few months, you’ll draw a $4k base pay (against future commissions) to help you get started, along with access to our tools, knowledge base, and marketing materials. During this time, your goal will be to build a network of 100+ agents who can independently sell our health insurance plans, while upholding our quality standards and values.
After the first few months, the role will transition to a commission-only structure, where you’ll earn on every sale made within your network. You’ll continue to grow and lead your agent network (the goal is $250M+ revenue generated per year), equipping them with the materials, training, and support they need to succeed - while ensuring our values are at the heart of every interaction.
