Apply for this position

We’re looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and enthusiastic GTM Systems Analyst to join our team and continue to build out and support our growing Go-to-Market tech stack across our Sales and Customer Success teams. As a GTM Systems Analyst, you'll play a foundational role in scaling our revenue tech stack and ensuring our go-to-market teams operate with speed and precision. You should be excited about analyzing, supporting and optimizing core systems—including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong—as well as our extended sales systems landscape. This is a hands-on role focused on project execution, systems administration, and continuous process improvement.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain and optimize GTM tools including Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong

  • Manage user provisioning, access, licenses, and system syncs

  • Monitor data quality and tool performance across the stack

  • Drive tooling and process improvement projects from scoping to rollout

  • Align cross-functional teams on requirements, timelines, and delivery

  • Document business needs, system configurations, and process changes

  • Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks with scalable, tech-enabled solutions

  • Translate business needs into system enhancements that improve productivity and data integrity

  • Support change management through documentation, training, and frontline troubleshooting

  • Partner with Enablement and Comms to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities

How success will be measured in this role:

  • Contributed to meaningful systems enhancements

  • Improved planning and prioritization of upcoming feature work

  • Standardized documentation practices across requirements, design, and handoff

  • Built a strong understanding of systems architecture and cross-platform integrations

If the details below describe you, you could be a great fit for this role:

  • 2–4+ years in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Systems, with project or product management experience

  • Hands-on with Salesforce (Sales and Service Cloud), Outreach, Gong, and other GTM tools

  • Strong execution, organizational skills, and attention to detail

  • Process-oriented with a systems-thinking mindset

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally, navigating ambiguity, and adapting in fast-paced environments

  • Familiar with project tracking and automation tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Jira, integration platforms)

  • Collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and interested in growing into a product owner role

  • Salesforce Admin Certification

Interview Overview

Below you'll find an outline of the interview plan for this role. Please note that this is what we expect the process to look like; we may ask you for supplemental information or require an additional step before making a final decision.

  • 30 min interview with a member of our Talent Team

  • A 1 hour zoom interview with the hiring manager

  • Skills assessment (2 hours max)

  • Peer interviews with several team members

  • Final call(s) with executive team member(s)

Salary

In the US, the base salary for this role is between $80,000 - $95,000+, depending on skills and experience. Total compensation for this role consists of base salary and a quarterly bonus plan. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.

Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.
